Humanus RFP Document Formatting
DESIGN FOR AN ACADEMIA AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COMPANY
Brief
This client has a full-time, in-house designer and an absolutely gorgeous brand. They needed help with a massive master RFP document created in MS Word and their talented designer was up to her ears in a priority project. This RFP was going to need a lot of time and attention to get it ready for regular use. It needed infographics, iconography, pull quotes and consistent formatting that followed their very clear style guide. It also needed to be easy to use and edit, as the content, when responding to various requests, was going to be variable.
Results
I was provided multiple sources and internal documents for contents. I had to first pull together all the information and create a cohesive information source. I created sections with unique titles and consistent section break visuals. Once all the content was clean and in place, I went back and added new visuals. The client now has a new, clean and well formatted document with easy to reference sections that lines up consistently with their brand.
