Mar. 2023’s dinner menu for the Society of Bacchus, Philadelphia; a project I regularly get invited to create. The design of this menu needs to balance the elegance of the fine wines with the festive atmosphere while taking into consideration the existing brand of the top notch restaurant venues where these dinners take place. For this design I used my usual method. I pulled photos from the restaurant’s website and worked with their color scheme. I found fonts used by the restaurant and applied them to the page headings. The menu visuals include sprigs of olives, appetizing colors, and suggestive of a quiet, elegant evening, paired with the food and wine.
