Steve came to me with his healthcare start up without even a name, but with a great idea and a lot of industry connections. We did research into competitors, identified where he wanted to be active and came up with the company name to bridge his expertise with urgent care centers and emerging care trends.
From there we went through several logo concepts. Steve really pushed me to get to a concept that resonated with him and his audience. We also went through some serious “knowledge extraction” where I interviewed him and distilled that into the content for his web site and materials. This meant I was really tuned in to the metaphors that could visually represent his brand online. You can see some of these ideas carried over into the PowerPoint Slides above.
